HOW TO CAPTURE WAVE FROM OSCILLOSCOPE.
1) load the program.
2) connect your rigol dso to PC, set to appropriate timescale and trigger level.
3) press capture button, the program and dso will start capturing wave. capture button will be flashing.
4) when the dso is triggered, program will beep, download and save the wave data in PC (in sequel file).
5) the capture button will stop flashing and wave will be displayed. you can further edit or save the wave in another location.

CHANGE SELECTION REGION
1) selection region is used to edit your wave (crop, cut, clear, mirror and invert) or later to be used as region to be saved during capture process.
2) to change selection region, just click/hold and drag left right the green left or right marker on the wave display.
3) selected region is indicated as blue color background.

CHANGE TRIGGER POSITION
1) trigger position is indicated as orange marker and vertical line.
2) to change it, click hold and drag to anywhere in wave display.
3) trigger position is used in capture mode to position the trigger timeline in your dso memory.

SOME NOTE WAVE DISPLAY, TRIGGER POSITION AND SEQUEL FILE

wave display represent the whole memory block of your dso for capture purpose, not just what you see on your dso screen. positioning the trigger marker, will position the trigger relative to that memory block. sequel file is/are where the captured data will be saved, the sequel filename can be changed in Util menu. wave display also represents the whole wave loaded from a csv file.
